A: Pricing for program ads is $250 for a Half Page and $400 for a Full Page. The deadline for program artwork is Friday, October 11 at 5:00 PM CST. A program will placed on each attendee’s seat at the ceremony.

Q: Wait, can you talk more about the Red Carpet Arrival?

A: We are keeping our cards close to our chest but the Red Carpet Arrival will allow guests to arrive at the Golden Trumpet Awards in style. Rest assured we want to give you memorable photo opportunities throughout the evening.

Q: Does that mean that I should dress up like I am attending the Oscars?

A: All attendees should feel emboldened to dress like this is one of the biggest moments of their lives because we think it will be. The mantra of the Golden Trumpet Awards is #ShineLikeGold. The ceremony is also taking place on a Wednesday after work. Plenty of people will wear the ‘attire floor’ of business professional. It’s up to you if you want your attire to match the extraordinary quality of the campaigns and work that is being honored.

Q: What awards are being presented during the program?

A: 30 young professionals under 30 are being honored with awards for work in their young careers. Over 50 organizations are receiving Gold or Silver awards for outstanding work in the communications, marketing, and public relations fields.

We are also honoring distinguished individuals with the Media Impact Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Presidential Legacy Award. Finally, we will also be presenting the Platinum Award which will go to the best overall campaign in this year’s Golden Trumpet Awards competition.

Q: Let’s get back to some of the refreshments. What is on the table after the reception?

A: While the reception starts at 5:30 PM and guests can stay in the Foyer until 6:30 PM, doors to the Crystal Ballroom will open at 6:00 PM. Each attendee’s plate will have a salad made up of baby spinach, radicchio, poached pear, roasted pumpkin seeds, and shaved red onion, with a sherry vinaigrette. An assorted basket of freshly baked bread and other grains will be in the center of the table.

Q: What are going to be my options for beverages throughout the evening?

A: The bar will feature Canvas wines by Michael Mondavi; Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Brut Blanc. Signaure cocktails will include Effen Cosmopolitan on the rocks and Knob Creek Old Fashioned on the rocks. Available mocktails will be ISH Brand N/A Mojito and ISH Brand N/A Gin & Tonic. A seasonal selection of domestic, imported, craft, and N/A beer will be on hand as well. Finally, the bars will have a full selection of soft drinks. The bars will be closed during the program but a bottle of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio will be on each table.

Q: What is for dinner?

A: The dinner course will feature a lemon rosemary chicken with natural jus served with herb roasted marble potatoes, roasted carrot & broccolini. Dinner will be followed by dessert, a delicious duo of chocolate espresso tart and a rustic apple tart with crumble served with fresh berries and caramel sauce.

Q: If one of my guests or I have a dietary restriction, where should that be sent?

A: Please send all dietary restrictions to office@publicity.org with the subject line ‘Dietary Restrictions’.

Q: Back to the awards ceremony itself. I am a winner at the Golden Trumpet Awards. How are you planning on announcing my award?

A: Each winning entrant in the 66th Annual Golden Trumpet Awards will be recognized as the awards are announced by category. Categories will be announced in alphabetical order. When an entry is announced, winning entrants will be invited to go pick up their award and then have their picture taken.

Q: If I have a winning entry, should I plan on making a speech?

A: We will not have speeches from Golden Trumpet Awards entry winners. We will make sure to capture winning moments for you with photos.

Q: I am thinking of buying tickets. If I buy tickets, will all of my tickets be at the same table?

A: Yes, if one person purchases two or more tickets, all of those tickets will be at the same table.

Q: If I buy tickets and then want to purchase additional tickets later, can I do that on the website?

A: No, the system won’t let you do that directly. If you want to purchase tickets after you have purchased some, you can write office@publicity.org and your request will be processed.

Q: When is the deadline to purchase tickets for the ceremony?

A: The deadline to purchase tickets for the 66th Golden Trumpet Awards ceremony is Monday, October 14 at 12:00 PM CST. That is, if the Golden Trumpet Awards don’t sell out like they did last year.
